Challenges of Specialty Coffee

Looking back through old phots and videos. 

When I was in Honduras in spring 2019 I had the chance to help build this bridge,  which is on the way to my wife's hometown, Plan de Barrios. I did everything from hauling rocks to mixing concrete. In this video we are hauling coffee to the co-op were it will be dried and stored. More pictures of the construction process coming soon.
